An initiative taken up by UK Realty to protect and maintain cattle and gaushalas. One of the main focuses of our social responsibility is to ensure that cows don’t make their way to slaughterhouses or endure a cruel experience.

We take active measures to maintain a high standard at cow sheds and participate in cattle welfare. So far, we have donated to Gau Seva Samiti, Shree Goshala Seva Santhan,Shree Hari Goshala Samiti, Shree Radha Krushan Sarvdaliy Goshala Samiti and 14 other trusts.

According to The Borgen Project (US Organisaton), an estimated 65 Lakh people, around 35 percent of Mumbai’s total population, live in slums. 78 percent of community toilets in Mumbai’s slums lack water supply and 58 percent have no electricity. Many slum houses do not even have a proper door. Such are the living conditions in our city’s slums. As part of our project life-cycle, we not only provide free housing to the slum dwellers, but also area infrastructure and sanitation facilities such as roadway construction, sewage channels, community toilets and recreational green areas.

Through such housing and infrastructure development, we have successfully lifted communities consisting of 4500 people out of poverty line and are in an on-going process of uplifting 9000 more. Our goal is to rehabilitate 25,000 citizens by 2022.

We are staunch believers of equality at work and strive to incorporate this belief in our actions as well. We provide employment opportunities to people with special needs, placing them on an equal footing with others through a stable source of income.

We have hired numerous personnel with both hearing and vocal disabilities for roles in elevator operations, facility management and housekeeping services.
